Do you ship to countries outside of the U.S.?

We ship Internationally and has offices located worldwide. Shipping and handling expenses depend on the distance to your destination and the total weight of your order.

Your order will be processed within the next business day. Once your order has been shipped (usually within 1-5 business days), you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment.

If you provided your correct e-mail address upon submitting your order, we will e-mail you a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns Procedures

To return or exchange product for any reason, please follow the steps below:

Please carefully read our Return and Exchange Policies below to determine if you qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Obtain a return authorization number from Customer Service within sixty (60) days of receipt of the product. 
  • Any product returned without prior authorization will be returned to the sender.
  • Print the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package.
  • Fill out the form on the back of the packing slip and enclose it with your return.
  • In the event of a company error, Customer Service will issue an Authorized Return Service (ARS) tag that allows you to ship the package at no expense.
